It is absolutely forbidden to give the card (which is personal and carries the participants details) to another person. The maximum time that the participant should take to complete the course will be indicated on the card. Every participant must have the card with him at all times and it must be punched at the start and collected at the finish; it must be presented for punching at the checkpoints along the course. The card must not be lost, either before or during the march: in no case and for no reason will a duplicate card be issued and the participant will be considered as a non-starter (for purposes of prizes) even if completing the entire course.
RESPONSABILITY
The event is covered both by RCVT insurance, stipulated by FIASP, and by injury insurance for all participants adhering to the rules of enrolment and checks along the route. The voluntary enrolment and participation in the event is considered also as a declaration of physical fitness for this amateur sporting activity under 80 years old. The Organisation, however, who is not required by law to ask for the medical certificate of good state of health of the participant, considers that with the enrolment, the physical fitness of the participant is declared according to the law DM 28.3.83 for health protection for non-competitive activity, and declines all civil and penal responsibility for anything that could happen before, during and after the event to each participant. In particular, claims or injuries caused by the non adherence to the general norms of FIASP, to not observing the Highway Code, to early starts or to deviations of the route predetermined by the organisers, will not be taken into consideration. Please note that marchers from the age of 12 to 15 are admitted in civilian groups but the group leader takes all responsibility for the participation of minors
